No returns on items damaged or effected by misuse or tampering.
We do not accept returns on any items that are new and/or sealed and opening a case using did not like it is not an acceptable reason as all items are described completely and you have any and all opportunity to contact us before a purchase to ask questions
IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM BACK FROM THE BUYER WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ISSUING AN RMA #, WE WILL DECLINE YOUR REQUEST FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
When a buyer initiates a DOA claim we issue them a RMA number and await the return. When the return arrives we inspect the item for our invisible company markings and inspect the security seals for tampering. If either of these are missing or if the seals have been tampered with the warranty is void. we then check the item to see if it works and that all the components are in working order. If the item is DOA or not as listed we will exchange the item for one that is working (if we do not have inventory for exchange we will issue a refund of the purchase only, we do not refund shipping). If the item is in working condition we offer to ship the item back(at the buyers expense) or we issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
Our preferred carriers are Royal Mail, DPD and UKMAIL. Your item will be shipped to you via one of these carriers unless specified otherwise.
If you are having this shipped as GSP we will spend more time verifying the item that is returned. We do not ship to any UK isle or Northern Island due to postage costs.
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges
We do not refund incompatibility on the buyers behalf
We do not accept purchases from buyers with less than 5 positive feedback
We do not accept returns on toners/printer ink or any printer related consumables that were purchased sealed and then opened.

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please keep all original packaging and we will file a claim with the carrier. DO NOT REMOVE SECURITY SEALS FROM UNIT, IF YOU REMOVE THESE UNITS WE WILL NOT HONOR ANY RETURNS WHATSOEVER
If you have any problem with any product, please contact us ASAP through eBay message system only, so that there is a valid record on file.
Buyer must pay (or make arrangements with us) within 1 days of purchase, otherwise sale will be cancelled
